Chocolate frosting roses make these cupcakes too pretty to eat

And when we say "too pretty to eat," it's a compliment! These strawberry chocolate rose cupcakes are by Los Angeles custom cupcake company BlakeyCakes, via Facebook, and officially they are comprised of a "dark chocolate cupcake filled with strawberry jam preserve topped with sweet strawberry buttercream frosting (blended with fresh strawberries), and garnished with a sinful chocolate rose." Dark chocolate has more antioxidants than milk or white chocolate. These other two chocolates, you can not make health claims. Dark chocolate has 65 percent or more cocoa content.
