Kickstarter cupcake truck fundraising: The Happiness Mobile by Missouri's The Sweet Tooth

Blue Springs, Missouri cupcakery The Sweet Tooth has launched a Kickstarter campaign to fund the launch of their cupcake truck, The Happiness Mobile. Here's their pitch:

Our goal is to raise a minimum of $15,000 to launch The Happiness Mobile, a truck to bring our delicious desserts to locations throughout the Kansas City Metro and beyond. We will release a weekly schedule with locations and times and the happiness mobile will show up loaded with our amazing line up of desserts to sell. We will have our cookies, cake pops, cheesecakes and of course our award winning cupcakes available for sale. In addition we will offer coffee, juice, many flavors of Shatto Milk and shirts from The Happiness Mobile. On the weekend, The Happiness Mobile can visit fields and parks to offer treats to families while their children play sports like soccer and softball. The Happiness Mobile will also set up at festivals, carnivals and other outdoor events. We can even bring our desserts outside of the Kansas City metro, allowing residents of Columbia, Lawrence, Topeka, and Manhattan to enjoy our treats as well.
