Posting the Christmas ornament cupcake recipe has put me in a winter cupcake mood, so I'm sharing these melting snowman cupcakes; get the recipe from the blog Sweet Tooth. And I'm well aware the surprise sugar cookies, also by Sweet Tooth, aren't cupcakes, but they were too adorable not to post, and wouldn't they look good on top of a cupcake?
