Raw vegan gluten free vanilla lemon ginger cupcakes with coconut cashew frosting and recipe link

Gena at Choosing Raw made these cupcakes and says they are "deliciously moist" but that they dry out rather quickly, so don't take too long to eat them. They are vanilla lemon ginger cupcakes with coconut cashew frosting, sweetened with coconut sugar, and Choosing Raw has the recipe.

But actually,the cupcakes are not raw, they're baked. Just the frosting is raw. :-)
