Top 5 D.C. Cupcake Shops

When you call yourself "The Cupcake Critic", you have to anticipate being asked, "Who has the best cupcakes in D.C.?" It's always hard to narrow it down to only five and with every new cupcake experience my list changes however, below is my tried and true list of the top five cupcake places to visit the next time you are in the nation’s Capital. Enjoy!
