Swiss cheese cupcakes from Charlotte grilled cheese truck Papi Queso Truck

I'm still in awe of the delicious grilled cheese sandwich I had in Charlotte from Papi Queso Truck, so was thrilled to see these "Swiss cheese" (at least I think it's fake Swiss?) on their Faceboko page!
