Princeton's House of Cupcakes to open Thursday in Manhattan with 25-pound, 38,000 calorie cupcake named "The Mayor"

Princeton, New Jersey bakery House of Cupcakes is opening in Manhattan this Thursday, and according to Politicker:

House of Cupcakes is opening up their New York City location on Thursday with a giant 25-pound, 35,800 calorie-cupcake named “The Mayor.” According to a press release announcing the event, the colossal cupcake will feature the face of none other than calorie-counting Mayor Michael Bloomberg, but the mayor himself isn’t excited about it.

“Oh, come on!” Mr. Bloomberg exclaimed incredulously as he interrupted an amNewYork reporter asking for his reaction at an unrelated press conference earlier today.
