I was pleased to see the coming soon sign by Baked by Melissa at JFK Airport. I've long thought more airports should have cupcake bakeries, like Kara's Cupcakes at SFO. Baked by Melissa also does lots of custom cupcake cakes in designs, like this one for the Museum of Modern Art, via their Facebook page.
