Batter Co. Cupcakes: Mini Cupcakes In South Florida

There's a new mini-cupcake food truck coming to Fort Lauderdale, Batter Co. Cupcake. They specialize in mini gourmet sweet, breakfast, and appetizer cupcakes. They will be opening a retail store in the Pompano Citi Centre in late October and also have a food truck that participates as a vendor in local events.

The mini cupcakes look great and kinda similar to New York's Baked By Melissa.
