Crystal New Persuasion: Fresh Origins Herb and Flower Crystals

A new trend among chefs and recipe developers are herb crystals and flower crystals. The crystals color, flavor and texture to dishes and desserts. Fresh Origins sent me sample of their Herb Crystals (available in Basil, Mint, and Cilantro) and Flower Crystals (available in Fennel, Rose, and Hibiscus)and I really like them. Famed pastry chef Johnny Iuzzuni uses them in some of his desserts.

I sprinkled some mint crystals on top of chocolate buttercream frosting and it was delicious.

We are so glad you like our Crystals! These are made with cane sugar and herbs or flowers. There are no added flavors or colors. Thank you for trying them.
