These cupcakes are totally calling my name! The title explains it all: double chocolate, plus milkshake, in cupcake form. The best thing about these cupcakes is really the frosting. You can use whichever chocolate cupcake recipe is your favorite, just make sure it makes 24 cupcakes. Then you top them with Chocolate Milkshake Frosting; frosting that tastes like a milkshake! This creation was whipped up by Julianne of Beyond Frosting. She used Ghirardelli Sweet Ground Cocoa and malted milk powder to create this wonderful frosting flavor.
