I have to double check but I believe that with this devil's food cupcake from Flying Star Cafe in Albuquerque, New Mexico, I've now eaten cupcakes in 25 of the 50 United States! This cupcake was very good, the chocolate ganache on top not too sweet or too bitter, just thick and rich enough, the cake moist and sweet. In fact, I liked the cake and chocolate on top better than the filling, which was a bit too sweet for my taste, but this was still a very good cupcake.
