I don't even know what this book is about but the cupcakes made me want to read it! It's Sweet Forty-Two by Andrea Randall and is part of her November Blue series. I'm not even sure where I stumbled across it and the basic description on Amazon doesn't say anything about cupcakes, but it's still a fun cover.
