I have a love/hate relationship with savory cupcakes. I love savory ingredients like bacon or chicken in cupcakes but when a cupcake is no longer sweet like a dessert, then it is just a dish made in a cupcake mold. Kelly, the expat who lives in London, made these pulled chicken cornbread cupcakes. She added a honey lime butter, so there's some sweetness. These would be a great appetizer for upcoming holidays like Thanksgiving.
