Since I am now contributing to a local magazine, I made brownies for the editorial meeting last week for Well FED Savannah. I made brownies from a mix, but I added Chocoley chocolate melts and a small dollop of Biscoff spread to make them special. Earlier this summer, Restaurantware sent me these eco-friendly, adorable mini pans. I used them for baking the brownies and they are great. I love the size of the pans and the lids.
