Firstly, can I just say how much I enjoy reading your blog!

I live in the UK, and cupcakes are really taking off over here now. Most of the action centres around London, so for the rest of us who live outside the capital it’s still incredibly exciting to find somewhere selling cupcakes. I know that you have a list on your blog of international cupcake sellers and wanted to let you know of two new ones you could add.

I have my own home bakery making bespoke [i.e., custom-made] cupcakes (and cakes and cookies). I’m based on the south coast, an hour or so away from London, just outside the city of Brighton (which is nicknamed ‘London-by-Sea’ because it has the same cosmopolitan vibe!).

She was also kind enough to tell us about her competitor, Angel Food Bakery, in Brighton. She tells us that "it’s still rare to find a dedicated cupcakery in England, but this is a very sweet little shop selling only cupcakes (and a few layer cakes)."

How awesome is that? So if you live in either of those parts of England, please try the cupcakes and let us here at CTTC know what you think of them!
