Grub Street reports that New York City's Billy's Bakery (which they dub "the Magnolia it's okay to like") is scouting to add a location and that on December 23rd they'll offer cupcakes for only $1 (one per person) to celebrate their 5-year anniversary. I was last there for Day 2 of my Cupcake a Day quest for our blogiversary month (I owe you all many, many updates, but save for one missed day, have indeed been eating my daily cupcake).
