Thank you to all who participated in our last contest. Now, the very generous Rebecca of Dollyday is offering up this special necklace to one lucky winner! All you have to do is leave a comment below, along with your email address, in which you let us know what beverage goes best with cupcakes. Milk, coffee, tea, soda, water, juice, nothing? Let us know, especially if a certain kind of cupcake goes especially well with a certain kind of beverage. We loved reading all your responses to what you want for the holidays (and now you can direct your significant others to that thread!). My answer: I usually eat my cupcakes plain, but sometimes like some water to wash it down. But on a cold day (for those in NYC and the Northeast - like now!), I like a cup of tea with my cupcake (but I'll of course eat cupcakes by themselves!).
Here's what she says about her business and this necklace:
My name is Rebecca Nia. I am a UK-based artist and I work under the name Dollyday. I have a website www.dollyday.co.uk where I sell my wares :) I also have another website (an online boutique) where I sell cute imports and handmade creations from independant designers called www.oncherrylane.co.uk, you can find more cupcake goodness there too!
The cupcake necklace is made of acrylic and has 5 swarovski crystals on it. Baby pink "frosting" and a silver mirror "cup."
It is strung on a silver necklace with a lock and key clasp. It will arrive to the winner gift-boxed in a pretty pink box tied with ribbon. The cupcake necklace is called the Birthday girl Cupcake necklace and that it has a hot-pink cherry on top!

i personally like drinking milk with cupcakes! especially eating chocolate cupcakes with just skim milk...wow! so good. the milk is not too overpowering but yet has a slight taste that washes your palate for more cupcake :)

Sometimes if I'm being extra bad, though, I'll put the cupcake in a big bowl of icecream...(not an option listed, but a tasty one nonetheless)

But recently, being the holidays, I haven't been able to eat a yellow cupcake with buttercream frosting without a great big glass of eggnog!
