There's a new Minneapolis/St. Paul Cupcake Meetup being started by Rachel (a different Rachel), but I will also be in town for it. I'm really excited because there are a lot of great cupcake offerings in Minneapolis, as I discovered on my first visit there. I only got to taste one Cupcake cupcake when I was in town, but it was a S'mores one, like the one pictured below, and it was beyond delicious. Like, I would almost go back to Minneapolis just to have another one.
