I am still recovering from SXSW, but will tell you more about the cupcakes in my hotel room (that Nichelle and I gave away in the Hilton lobby), but wanted to let you know that the mystery baker was the wonderful Devrah, who has lots of cupcake photos on Flickr.

My cupcakes: Ispahan (vanilla almond cake brushed with rose syrup and filled with raspberry + lychee filling topped with vanilla buttercream and a rose petal) and Souble Chocolate Praline (Dense chocolate cake topped with a layer of chocolate ganache, a layer of whiskey praline and a dollop of mocha buttercream).
