CTTC is my only real blogging project and I had no idea how much I'd miss it while I was away. There were just so many cupcaking moments I wish I'd been able to share as they happened, but I think I stored everything up to share with you guys now.
I went to several cupcakeries in Las Vegas, Nevada, and in southern Utah and can't wait to share all my pictures and reviews. I went to:

The Cupcakery at the Monte Carlo
Retro Bakery
Sweet Surrender at the Palazzo
TwentyFive Main in St. George, Utah
and assorted other cupcakes "on the run" at 'wichcraft, Starbucks, etc. I also saw some cutie cupcake gifts at the Mirage's spa store.
More was planned, but unfortunately travel plans are all always flexible and our joint post with Becky of Utah Loves Cupcakes had to be rescheduled due to a death in her family (Becky, we are keeping you in our thoughts). (I think Rachel might be headed to Salt Lake City this year, so northern Utah folks don't despair.) Still, I had more cupcakes than you can shake a stick at!
I also interviewed Buddy Valastro, TLC's Cake Boss, before I left, and can't wait to share my experiences and the interview there. Plus, I have some new cupcake-type projects brewing for the new year, so stay tuned (or something).
I promise to cover everything, one post at a time. But seriously, I missed all your comments and writing to you and keeping you guys posted on what's up in the land of cupcakes. I also missed Rachel and Nichelle.
