Wow, White-Velvet Cupcakes??

I never even thought about it. White-velvet cupcakes? Sure, why not?? I've always hated artificial food coloring.







I first saw this image by SaijaLehto on Flickr, who posted a link to the recipe (here). What a nifty idea! I suspect I'll be trying this soon, so thanks to FifteenSpatulas and SaijaLehto!
