I forgot to post the photo of the inside of the red velvet cake pop I had at the bake sale the other day at Stuyvesant Square - I was very impressed with the consistency and taste and since I'm not a big cream cheese frosting person, this was a way to enjoy an intense, very moist red velvet with a chocolate shell in a fun, crunchy (on the outside) way.
