This watermelon cupcake made me smile on Saturday at the cupcake picnic. Two years ago, a reader of this blog came up to me and hugged me. She had been going through a rough time personally and she told me that reading Cupcakes Take The Cake cheered up daily. Now I know how she feels. Cupcakes can't always make you happy, but they can make you feel less sad. As Rachel noted earlier, we lost our good friend Cheryl B. Cheryl was also my roommate as well as my friend. We will miss her.
