How to make ice cream cupcakes

So there are ice cream cone cupcakes (cupcakes in ice cream cones) as well as ice cream cupcakes, which are cupcakes made with actual ice cream in them. There is also cupcake-flavored ice cream, but that is something else entirely.

This Snagwire Media tutorial tells you exactly how you can make yummy ice cream cupcakes to cool you off this summer, and also asks how many you can devour at once:

How many Ice Cream cupcakes can you eat in one sitting? Twelve? Come on, you can do better than that! How about forty eight!? I’ve got forty eight perfectly chilled Ice Cream Cupcakes in my freezer with your name on them. Give it a go. It’ll be like this past weekend’s hot dog eating contest, but with more ice cream and less dog.

No? Well, if I can’t convince you to eat this mass of cupcake that I’m offering, I would suggest you perhaps make your own and then eat just as many as you like, maybe a reasonable number like two.

If you haven’t gotten on the Ice Cream Cupcake bandwagon yet this summer, I don’t know what you’re waiting for. They’re a little messy to throw together, but if you have faith in the freezing abilities of you freezer, it’ll all come together in the end.

Ice Cream Cupcakes are great for backyard summer parties and kids birthday parties. You get all the goodness of ice cream cake in individually sized portions. Perfect!
