We recently posted a list of cupcake bakeries on Twitter (which, yes, I know I have to update, will happen very soon), and yesterday, through a series of fortuitous small world events, I learned, finally, how to do a screen capture on a Mac (despite the fact that I blog a lot, I'm practically internet illiterate). So I'm thrilled to introduce our first Cupcake Tweet of the Day, a (hopefully) daily feature. This one's from Twitter user meaplet. I search for fun cupcake Tweets using Twitter search, but since there are so many, we may miss some, so if you've just Tweeted something cool, feel free to email us at cupcakestakethecake at gmail.com and we'll consider it for this feature.

And this post literally wouldn't have been possible without me running into CupcakeCamp organizer Ariel Waldman and Cupcakes Jumped the Shark proponent Doc Popular yesterday at Ritual Coffee Roasters. It was all totally random, and I had just met with Priscilla of Moonbaby Cakes, and had an extra cupcake which I was thrilled to share with them. They showed me just how very easy it is to take a screen capture on a Mac and didn't make me feel at all bad about not knowing how to do it.
