I could probably make this post 111 cupcakes I loved in 2011 and it still would be missing a few; yes, that's how many cupcakes I eat! I may have to do another roundup post of the year in photos, because I attended a few events that yielded hundreds of photos: CupcakeCamp Seattle, Gardiner Cupcake Festival and Cupcake Love-In! And a bonus, because my 2011 recap wouldn't be complete without revisiting the grasshopper cupcake I ate at Cupcake Love-In in Scottsdale, Arizona! It was not my favorite but it was definitely the most memorable cupcake I ate all year.
